A business qualifies only when a meaningful transaction can be initiated at any hour. Bookable 24/7 never automatically means open 24/7.

Selecting an appointment time, requesting a defined estimate slot, reserving a unit, or placing a service order.

A generic contact form, voicemail, newsletter signup, or request-more-information form.

Instant Booking, Appointment/Estimate Request, Reservation, and Rental/Order are kept distinct.
